Smile when the battle is over.

Jerry O’Connell and John Stamos have put an end to their long feud by sharing a surprising selfie on Instagram during Howie Mandel’s 62nd birthday party this past Saturday.

O’Connell, who is married to Stamos’ former wife, Rebecca Romijn, posted a photo where the 62-year-old “Full House” star and his wife, Caitlin McHugh Stamos, compared their gathering to a meeting of significant political figures.

“First @zohrankmamdani and @realdonaldtrump then me and @johnstamos you’re fine @russian_kremlin and zelenskyy_official,” O’Connell, 51, captioned the snapshot.

He expressed admiration for both Stamos and his wife, declaring, “Gorgeous family and gorgeous people @johnstamos and @caitlinskybound. Happy birthday @howiemandel.”

O’Connell included the Beach Boys’ song “Don’t Worry Baby,” in which Stamos also appears, along with the post.

Mandel, 69, responded positively to the reunion, noting in a comment that bringing people together is part of his job.

Their feud reportedly began after Stamos released his memoir, “If You Would Have Told Me,” in 2023, containing anecdotes about his marriage to Romijn.

Stamos was married to Romijn from 1998 to 2005, and two years later, she tied the knot with O’Connell, with whom she shares 16-year-old twin daughters, Charlie and Dolly.

Promoting his book, Stamos candidly referred to Romijn as a “devil,” expressing how much their “doomed” marriage affected him for years. He shared feeling deeply hurt and revealed he held onto resentment toward her.

Romijn, upon learning of his remarks, expressed shock, stating that she was blindsided by his comments and did not wish to assist in selling his book through sensational headlines.

In contrast, O’Connell didn’t shy away from defending Stamos’ remarks, calling it a form of “betrayal” and mentioning that they were not given any heads-up about the book’s content.

“My kids are 14 years old, and they’re watching what we’re watching now,” O’Connell said on a SiriusXM show in November. “No more hiding, no more restricting, no more keeping things from them.”

He reflected on the awkward situation, saying, “It’s pretty crazy for kids to come out to breakfast and say, ‘Hey mom, your ex-boyfriend put out a book and he called you the devil. What do you think?'” It’s a lot for children to digest, he noted, but it’s also refreshing not to keep secrets.

Stamos has been married to McHugh since 2018, and they share a seven-year-old son, Billy.
