Jessica Alba, Cash Warren file for divorce after 16 years of marriage

Jessica Alba and Cash Warren filed paperwork to end their marriage 16 years later.

The “Honey” actress filed a petition in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday for the disbandment of her marriage to a minor child.

In the divorce filing obtained by Fox News Digital, Alba cited the irreconcilable differences and was listed as the separation date on December 27, 2024.

The two demanded joint custody from their three children – Honor, 16. Haven, 13; and Hayes, 7.

As the market closed on Thursday, Alba's company, Honest companywas valued at approximately $623 million. It is unclear if the previous couple has a pre-up.

ALBA representatives did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.

Their divorce filing comes after Alba went to social media last month to announce their split.

“I have been on a journey of self-realization and transformation for years, both as an individual and in partnerships with cash,” she wrote on Instagram.

“I'm proud of how we've grown as a couple over the past 20 years. Now it's time to embark on a new chapter in personal growth and evolution.”

“We are moving forward with love, kindness and respect for each other, and will be a family forever,” she concluded. “Our children continue to be our number one priority and we are currently demanding privacy.”

Alba and Warren met on the set of “Fantastic Four” in 2004 and tied the knot in 2008.

In 2023, in an episode of “Whims” on the podcast of Warren, film producer Warren, they admitted that they had temporarily separated four years into their relationship.

Warren said when he and Alba first started dating, he “really jealous of the other people and the attention she was getting from others.”

“It didn't make me feel good,” he said at the time. “I've always been a pretty confident person…and the next thing you know, I'm just looking up and jealous.”
