Jessica Alba is staying active and sharing her fitness journey with fans. The 45-year-old actress and founder of Honest Company recently posted some sweaty selfies and clips from her intense workouts on TikTok and Instagram.
In one post, she wrote, “Get it done🥵💦,” giving followers a peek at her high-energy routine. The opening selfie shows her in a charcoal gray sports bra and matching high-waisted leggings, sporting no makeup in front of a light curtain backdrop. After working out, her hair was pulled into a ponytail, and she looked healthy and flushed.
Next, Alba showcased her strength training, recording herself lifting dumbbells while clearly working up a sweat. In the video, she performed shoulder presses and breathed heavily during her upper body circuit, with her toned arms and core on full display.
In a different segment of the workout video, she continued focusing on her arms, with sweat glistening on her skin. Alba then transitioned to cardio, getting on a stationary bike to maintain her high-intensity pace.
Alba also reposted her TikTok video on Instagram, expressing gratitude to her SoulCycle instructor for the workout and the playlist. She has a history of sharing her fitness and wellness routines, documenting everything from strength training to yoga on social media.
Alba has often been open about her approach to fitness, indicating that she finds keeping her workouts varied keeps her motivated. In a previous interview, she mentioned that she tends to get bored easily with exercise, saying, “I’m bored. So I do some spinning and cross-training with a combination of weight training and cardio. I just try to keep moving.”
The “Dark Angel” star also enjoys cycling and exercising with friends, even describing spin classes as a form of meditation. It seems that exercise serves as both a stress reliever and a mental challenge for her amidst her busy life balancing motherhood, acting, and business commitments.
