The Jets are revamping their front office.
The team and assistant GM Rex Hogan have agreed to part ways, according to sources.
Hogan has served as Joe Douglas’ right-hand man since becoming general manager in June 2019.
Hogan oversaw the college and professional scouting departments and played a key role in personnel evaluations and decisions.
While the Jets have built a top-five defense, they haven’t had much success offensively.
They are missing out on top draft picks like Zach Wilson, Mekhi Becton, Denzel Mims and Elijah Moore.
This was Hogan’s second stint with the Jets.
He served as the team’s senior director of college scouting under former general manager Mike Maccagnan from 2015 to 2016.

He served as the Colts’ vice president of player personnel for two years from 2017 to 2018.
