“I have no regrets at all,” Feldman told The College Fix. “When I made my decision, I was very aware of the problem of systemic anti-Semitism on campus. I knew exactly what I was doing. I didn’t expect it. But , I was not at all surprised to be expelled.”

Feldman specifically cited terrorist acts by Hamas in his resolution, arguing that the interests of the Palestinian people were being ignored by Hamas, which operated independently as an extremist group.

Additionally, the student government “stands in solidarity with innocent Palestinians and Israeli civilians” and “reaffirms its commitment to the values of human rights, justice, diplomacy, and the right to criticize any government or organization.” added.

The resolution also takes issue with Islamophobia and documents anti-Semitic incidents on New York University’s campus.
