First Lady Jill Biden celebrated her birthday inside the pyramids of Egypt on Saturday as part of a six-day trip to the Middle East and North Africa.

The first lady, who turned 72 on Saturday, flew to Jordan earlier this week to attend the wedding of Crown Prince Al-Hussein and Saudi architect Rajwah Al-Seif.
