First Lady Jill Biden argued that the president's age is an “asset,” not a liability.

she commented during the interview MSNBC's Morning Joe. The program aired on Thursday morning.

Her comments came amid growing concerns about Biden's age and suitability as president.

He is 81 years old and will be 86 at the end of his second term if re-elected.

Ann Associated Press– According to a NORC poll released in August, 77% of American adults, including 69% of Democrats, say Biden is too old to be effective for another four years.
