Jillian Michaels fled California’s ‘woke victimology poker’

Fitness guru Jillian Michaels has spoken passionately about how her home state of California has gone “crazy” in recent years and how “woke victimology poker” has pushed her out of the game.

“California was crazy for me,” Michaels said on “The Sage Steele Show” on Wednesday.

“I grew up here. I’m a woman, a gay woman. My mother is Jewish, my father is Arab. I have black children. Believe it or not, my son is half Latino, even though he doesn’t look it,” Michaels told host Sage Steele. “I’m a million cards in your poker game of victimhood. And when I leave California, you might be out of your mind. Maybe! Like when you kicked me out of my house, it might be too much.”

Michaels, who now lives in Miami, insisted that while she hasn’t changed, “the world is changing around me and I’m not moving.”

“Some of the laws being passed here are just unbelievable,” Michaels said. “When it comes to crime, we decriminalize everything to protect children. Maybe I agree with that, but we don’t regulate anything. So we decriminalize sex work so women can hang out on the street, not to keep them safe, to make them pay taxes, to get regular STD tests, to get rid of pimps. If you made that argument to me, I’d say, ‘Yeah, sure.'”

“I can be a liberal! I can go there with you! This is how I was raised!” she added.

Michaels continued to criticize California’s law.

“Or the fact that a 12-year-old can be given off-label chemotherapy that can irreparably change their body,” she said. “Also, if my son came to me and said, ‘Mom,’ or my daughter said, ‘I think I’m transgender,’ I’d be like, ‘I get it, so you want to wear this. Whatever you want to call me, wear it. Go ahead. Explore. I love you. It’s okay, do your thing as long as we’re safe. But I’m not going to change your body until it’s fully developed. Sorry. End of conversation. You can’t get a tattoo!’

“Exactly,” Steele said.

“Are you crazy? It’s insane! I can’t do it. It’s insane. It’s insane to me. I can go on and on and it’s insane,” Michaels said.

Earlier this year, Michaels got into a heated argument with “Club Random” host and staunch California resident Bill Maher after he said life in Florida “doesn’t feel as crazy.”

She also repeatedly attacked California’s Democratic governor, Gavin Newsom.

“You’re going to decriminalize everything but regulate nothing. You’re prioritizing the craziest thing I’ve ever seen, seriously?” Michaels said.
