Jim Jordan on What Must Be Done to Fight Lawfare Against Trump

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) is one of the Congressional spears in combating weaponized laws, and he is Discussed What Republican Congress can do to curb fraudulent liberal judges on Thursday Alex Marlow Show.

Host Alex Marlow opened the segment in a discussion about US Magistrate Judge Jessica Hedges. Jessica Hedges has ordered the suspect behind the firefighting of a Tesla dealer in Kansas City, Missouri, to be released from federal custody prior to his upcoming court date. In the discussion of early release, the suspect's lawyer cited the needs of clients who are transgender to continue treatment for gender discomfort and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

Jordan said warning the public of wild action by activist judges such as Hedges is important not only for the media but also for the Congress.

“There are three paths in Congress,” Jordan, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, explained to Marlow. “A legislative body can pass legislation, monitor it and pay attention to all the crazy things that are highlighted what's going on.”

Republican House already worked on the legislative front, passing a bill introduced by Rep. Brian Mast (R-FL), where both Mast and Jordan discussed it in an exclusive manipulation of Breitbart News.

“We have done one bill – it has already passed the House – if one of these federal district judges issues an injunction, it applies only to parties to cases in their respective jurisdictions. It does not apply nationwide,” Jordan told Marlow.

Even Elena Kagan, the Justice nominated Democrat a few years ago, supported the idea, according to Jordan.

Marlowe said notorious Democratic lawyer Mark Elias had urged activist judges to hamper Republican administration through a national injunction since 2008.

“Well, one step at a time,” Jordan said. “I think you're underscoring this fundamental battle where the left says we're constantly quoting and trusting experts. According to the left, experts are always unselected individuals. So we trust faucis and this judge in Boasberg and Milwaukee.”

The speed on the left to empower “people who don't have to name the vote, they don't have to be elected and they don't have a direct answer to our people” is “how our constitutional system works, it's people who are named and elected, and those are those who are supposed to make decisions,” Jordan said.

That's because of design, he explained. “If you don't like what they're doing, you have the opportunity to throw it away every two years,” Jordan noted. “That's the basic battle. And… the left wants to take away your freedom, so the left always trusts Dr. Forsey and Boasberg, despite them always being wrong.”

The Mast bill prevents district judges from issuing national injunctions. This prevents him from ordering the country's chief executive to spend taxpayer money that goes against his spending.

“That's not a decision by a federal district judge,” Jordan said. “It should usually go to a court dealing with contracts and disputes, that dealing with things like that. It should go there. And there is a time frame, the bill seems to have 180 days to make that decision.”

Marlowe said the Supreme Court lacked personnel to consider the injunction whirlwind Trump is currently facing, and the two discussed the possibility of fostering those challenges.

“I believe there may be some sort of prompt review of certain enforcement actions that directly challenge the head of the executive branch, commander, and the US president. “So we're looking at that. In fact, the bill that passed the issue of injunction allowed a limited and prompt review in its own circumstances where, with another federal district state lawyer general bringing in a federal case, they would reach the Supreme Court in a prompt manner.

Jordan encouraged Marlow and Breitbart to continue leading the fight to expose activist judges.

“I think we're continuing to do what you and I do,” he said. “We're talking about this because you're stressing, and everyone in the country, including the people in our federal court system, hears and understands this, so you might have a judge who wants to make a big decision, but they want to think about it. They want to be consistent with the constitution.

Jordan praised Trump's achievements in the first 100 days, including a new direction for the government under the team he put together.

“Currently, government agencies are run by individuals (all federal agencies) in the Trump administration, which actually cares about our people. We use our government and government powers to weaponize and chase taxpayers who are supposed to serve,” Jordan declared.

He has selected the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) under the new leadership of Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel.

“Doj, day and night, day and night, along with Pam Bondy, Todd Blanche and Kash Patel [FBI]Jordan said. They are actually good after the bad guys. ”
