House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) told Breitbart News that the investigation includes Special Counsel David Weiss's recommendation that the Justice Department indict Hunter Biden only on tax and gun crimes. He confirmed that the investigation into the Biden family's businesses will continue.
Marco Polo, a nonprofit organization that compiled documents on the Biden family, said: estimate Hunter violated more than 140 statutes. Most, if not all, of these alleged violations occurred between 2014 and 2024, the period during which President Joe Biden pardoned his son.
Marco Polo also believes that several members of the Biden family who received funds from Biden family businesses committed fraud.
Why did Weiss only recommend gun and tax charges against Hunter, seemingly avoiding other charges such as FARA and possible sex trafficking violations, and apparently not expanding the investigation into further family members? Questions remain as to whether this was the case.
