Jodi Sweetin on possible’Full House’ reunion amid Dave Coulier cancer diagnosis

The end of the “Full House” reunion? How rude!

Luckily for Jodie Sweetin, she's always ready to reunite the original gang, which includes John Stamos, Dave Coulier, Lori Loughlin, Candace Cameron Bure, and Andrea Barber .

“I've learned to never say 'never' in this industry,” the 42-year-old actress exclusively told The Post. Scleroderma Research Foundation The “Cool Comedy – Hot Cuisine” event was held earlier this month. “I'm totally depressed. I've been saying for a long time that I need to do 'The Golden Girls'.”

Sweetin teased, “In a few years, we'll be old enough to be proper old ladies.” I think we can do it. ”

One of the band members goes missing, including Bob Saget, who played the beloved Danny Tanner, who died in 2022 at the age of 65 from blunt head trauma following a fall in a hotel room.

Starr said, “It's always going to be different without Bob.”

“He is the heart of the family in so many ways,” Sweetin continued. “But I think the rest of us definitely want to do it.”

And the “Fuller House” veteran continues to honor Saget's legacy by participating in causes that are near and dear to the late comedian's heart, such as fundraising for the Scleroderma Research Foundation.

“That was interesting,” Sweetin murmured. “I was just in the car on the way here, and it was a weird moment, and I said to my husband, 'Oh, yeah, I forgot Bob wasn't here tonight. “Bob was always going to be here.'' I am so honored that so many people continue to fight for funding and research for scleroderma.''

She added: “My grandmother also had this disease and it affects so many women. It's really powerful to see everyone still coming and I'm sure Bob will be happy. Let's talk.''

Even though he was America's father in the '80s and '90s, Sweetin learned a lot from Saget.

“It's to laugh at the most horrifying things possible,” she confessed. “If you're going through that, just laugh. It takes power away. And Bob was great at being able to laugh and get through something really tough. So that's what I… It’s something I always carry with me.”

Reflecting on the Hollywood icon's life, Sweetin recalled one of her favorite traits about Saget. And I wouldn't be surprised if many fans know.

“I don't think anyone would be surprised to learn that Bob talked on the phone more than anyone else, even before cell phones. We had a landline phone on stage and a corded It was a phone call. He was passing it around and calling between scenes, and it was hilarious. Once he picked up the phone, it stayed with him,” she said.

“One thing I always knew about Bob: My phone was right there so I could text him and reach him.”

One thing is clear: The cast of “Full House” is a family, and they'll no doubt be reunited after Courier, 65, revealed her cancer diagnosis on Wednesday.
