MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough got into an argument on “Morning Joe” about the left’s favorite boogeyman: the right.
“This is the world they feed their viewers to make America look bad. They’re obsessed with bashing America at a time when America is stronger and more powerful than ever.” . Its economy is strong, stronger than ever,” Mr. Scarborough exclaimed as the committee sat dumbfounded.
“So what are they doing? They found a transgender athlete in Utah,” he continued, mocking concerned Americans.
“Our world is coming to an end, Jesus, help us. This country is not the country I grew up in,” he joked, continuing his childish rant. He argued that Americans who feel that way are being fed “a constant stream of hateful, America-first rhetoric.”
Dave Rubin believes Scarborough’s statements were “grossly dishonest.”
“They always tell us how bad America is,” Rubin tells Dennis Prager. “But when he tells you that America is now stronger militarily or economically than ever before, does that make sense to you, given recent world events? ”
“This is another example of ‘truth is not a left-wing value,'” Prager said.
“The bad guys on Earth are no more afraid of America than they have been at any time in my or your lifetime,” he added.
