Special Counsel John Durham plans to testify on his report before the House Judiciary Committee in June, a source told Fox News on Friday.
A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, June 21.
Durham will appear at a closed-door briefing on Wednesday before the House Intelligence Committee.
Durham has found that the Justice Department and FBI “failed in their duty to follow the law” when they launched the Trump-Russia investigation.

The original FBI investigation, known as “Crossfire Hurricane,” looked into whether the Trump campaign worked with Russia to influence the 2016 presidential election.
