Miley Cyrus Can’t Be Tamed – JoJo Siwa Reacts

JoJo Siwa recently expressed her thoughts on Miley Cyrus’ recent jokes regarding her sexuality, which Siwa described as “not very good.”

Reflecting on her childhood, Siwa shared, “I was happy to have a Miley-themed party on my fifth birthday, and I’m still happy now that I’m 22.” She posted this on Cyrus’ Instagram, indicating how Cyrus inspired her from the very beginning.

However, Siwa didn’t hold back on critiquing the alumni of “Hannah Montana” for those remarks. “I was uncertain about how to feel for a few days, but I’ve started to figure some things out,” she said, referencing Cyrus’ comments made at the Dreamland Pride Festival.

In that event, Cyrus, at 32 years old, joked about needing to “return” wrinkles from the closet. Siwa noted this comment while also mentioning that she’s currently dating Chris Hughes from “Celebrity Big Brother UK.” In a recent twist, it seems Cyrus no longer identifies strictly as a lesbian.

Siwa pointed out, “I don’t think Miley meant to say anything significant during World Pride. I believe it was supposed to be a joke, but it wasn’t well-executed.” She added, “It’s not something the world or I need to hear any day of the week.” When Siwa later reached out with a heartfelt message, she summed up her feelings with, “All love. Always.”

Siwa reflected on a valuable lesson learned recently: “Love is a beautiful rainbow. Don’t question yourself.” She mentioned the difficulties of judgment from others, especially when it comes from those you care for. Yet in the end, if you are happy, that matters the most.

As for Cyrus, she has not publicly responded to this situation. Over the weekend, she faced backlash on social media for her comments, which led to discussions about her identifying as pansexual.

Some defended Cyrus, insisting that her remarks were lighthearted. Meanwhile, Cyrus, who came out as pansexual in 2016 and has been in a relationship with Max Moland since 2021, continues to navigate these personal dynamics.

JoJo Siwa, who came out publicly the same year, recently confirmed a romantic connection with Hughes, describing their bond as more than just friends.
