Jon Gruden is back in football, this time joining the Seamen. Milan Seaman of the European Football League (ELF) announced on Tuesday that Gruden will serve as an advisor to the organization as it seeks to improve all aspects of the organization.

This is a big change for Gruden, and only time will tell if he can handle the workload.
