Jordan Poole gets caught up in a season of hell for the unfortunate washington wizards. Just two years ago, the pool was golden state warriors It is unlikely that he will play in the 2022 championship. A few months later, Poole signed a max contract, but was punched in the face by his teammate Draymond Green. Since then, his career has remained the same.
Poole, who was traded to D.C., showed off his best scoring ability with the Warriors, and there was optimism that he could enjoy a bounce-back season this year, and there will be plenty of shots for the Wizards. The team has just begun a major rebuild. Well, that’s not happening. The only time you hear about Poole these days is when he gets caught up in the virus for all the wrong reasons on one of the worst teams in the league.
Jordan Poole’s experience hit a new low Wednesday night.of cleveland cavaliers They beat the Wizards 114-106 in a game Poole will want to forget. He went scoreless for 25 minutes, shooting 0-of-5 from the field, then fouled out. When Poole failed a deep pull-up near the end of the fourth quarter, Washington’s home crowd booed him wildly. Watch the video here:
Poole had five assists, two rebounds and one steal that night, but no one will remember it. They will remember the fact that he finished with zero points in 25 minutes before fouling out. It’s a little harsh for Wizards fans to boo him from the floor, but it’s also hard to blame them.
It’s truly a miracle the Warriors were able to find someone to let Poole go. Chris Paul doesn’t train at all in Golden State., at least his contract is expiring. Poole is under contract for the next three years and is worth more than $96 million.
Everyone should be rooting for Poole to be playing better ball soon. No one knows what kind of emotional conflict he was going through after being socked by Green. It was so much fun to watch him score on the basketball when Poole was at his peak. The Warriors won’t be able to win the 2022 championship without his contributions. Somehow it all seems like a long time ago now. The longer this season drags on, the worse things will get for both the Wizards and Poole.
