Jordan Poyer's wife marks a final journey with the Bills after the signing.

Rachel Bush is thrilled to be back in Buffalo now that her husband, safety Jordan Poyer, has re-signed, which might mark his final NFL season.

Poyer, who played for Miami last year after spending seven seasons in Buffalo, confirmed the news through his agent on Thursday.

“I’m so excited to be home again!” Bush expressed on X, adorned with several heart emojis. “The last ride!! Let’s go, Buffalo!!!”

To celebrate, Bush shared multiple Instagram stories, expressing her gratitude for the support from the Bills Mafia.

“One more,” Bush noted.

“We’re really excited to be back!!” Bush shared in another message. “Thank you for all the DMs, texts, and more! I know Jordan feels the love, and seeing how much this community appreciates him makes my heart so happy.”

“I end up sharing all the messages with him—he’s probably getting tired of hearing about it,” she added, letting out a laughing emoji. “Anyway, Buffalo!!”

The 34-year-old safety is expected to start on the Bills’ practice team, according to reports.

The Bills recently announced their initial roster, cutting players including Dammer Hamlin, Taylor Rapp, and Cole Bishop.

Poyer was with the Bills from 2017 to 2023, earning an All-Pro selection and captain status in 2021.

Amanda Hyde, the wife of Bills safety Micah Hyde, reposted the news about Poyer’s agreement and tagged Bush. “They are baacccckkkk,” she wrote, adding blue and red heart emojis. “We love you guys so much. LFG!”

Bush responded with, “Love you!! The best safety duo forever.”

Bush often attends Poyer’s games and isn’t shy about sharing her views on football and various off-field matters, including politics.

She has publicly opposed vaccinations on social media and has previously supported former Bills wide receiver Cole Beasley for his statements regarding the COVID-19 vaccine.

Last season, Poyer started 16 games for the Dolphins.

Originally drafted by the Eagles as the seventh overall pick in 2013, Poyer was later claimed after being waived by Cleveland.

The Bills are set to kick off the 2025 season against the Ravens at Highmark Stadium on September 7th.
