Criticism Surrounding Jordon Hudson
Jordon Hudson is facing some backlash.
Despite mostly remaining quiet about the negative feedback regarding her relationship with Bill Belichick, a recent LinkedIn post, seemingly from Hudson, stirred conversation. In response to a comment on a post about Pablo Torre, a former ESPN analyst, she simply stated, “#scapegoat.” Torre had mentioned that Belichick’s family is “deeply worried” about the relationship.
The LinkedIn account, @Jordonbella, hasn’t been verified yet, but notable is the fact that 73-year-old Belichick follows it.
While Hudson does not seem to follow Torre directly, she has shared multiple posts criticizing his narrative.
Torre discussed Belichick’s concerns in a podcast last week, where sources close to the North Carolina coach’s family indicated that Hudson’s influence could tarnish his reputation. “There’s significant worry not just about the Tar Heels but about the legacy and reputation built over decades,” Torre suggested.
Last month, Hudson had also chosen to close discussions about how she met Belichick after some media attention followed his interview with CBS Sunday Morning. Following that appearance, many reports started surfacing about her effect on Belichick, who’s getting ready for his inaugural season as head coach of the University of North Carolina soccer team.
According to Torre, a source from the Tar Heels mentioned that Hudson has been barred from accessing the soccer facilities of the university.
Hudson is not formally associated with the university, yet various communications indicated that she is welcome at Carolina’s soccer facilities. Belichick clarified Hudson’s role, stating she has no direct ties to the university.
Earlier this month, rumors hinted that Hudson might have played a role in aspects of the football program’s dealings, but Belichick refuted these claims. He pointed out, during a podcast episode, that “Hard Knock” is meant for training camp and not applicable to their current situation. He explained, “It’s not our kind of drama. We’re focused on the season.”
