It seems that tensions have eased in Nantucket.
Jordon Hudson and Linda Holiday were spotted at the same fundraiser in Massachusetts recently, about eight months after Belichick’s current girlfriend and his ex experienced some disagreements over holiday events.
TMZ noted that there were no apparent issues among partygoers at the Nantucket Solly’s Boston Pops. This was their first public appearance together since a December incident during the Nantucket Dreamland when Holiday confronted Hudson.
Holiday, who ended a 16-year relationship with 73-year-old Belichick in 2023, had told organizers back in December that Hudson’s presence felt inappropriate, especially since the event was heavily promoted as a gathering for her daughters.
During that earlier event, Holiday and a couple of others confronted Hudson on the dance floor. When staff intervened, Hudson defended herself by stating, “I thought it was a good idea that she was there,” claiming she hadn’t done anything wrong.
Yet, the drama didn’t end there. Hudson indicated that her friend, former Miss Massachusetts USA Melissa Sapini, “seems to feel threatened by Ms. Holiday.”
Sapini was by Hudson’s side at Saturday’s event.
Hudson gained public attention after she and Belichick confirmed their relationship last June. The couple has faced ongoing scrutiny, including an awkward moment in an April CBS interview where Hudson avoided questions about how they met.
Recently, she opened up about her romance with Belichick on a “Sports Gossip Show,” and later made headlines during a discussion with podcaster Charlotte Wilder.
As for Belichick, the eight-time Super Bowl-winning NFL coach is gearing up for his inaugural season as the football coach at UNC, with the Tar Heels set to face TCU in their season opener on September 1st.
