Jordon Hudson not present at latest Bill Belichick interview following CBS incident

Bill Belichick recently made another appearance on “Good Morning America,” continuing his book promotion. This follows an earlier incident where his girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, unexpectedly interrupted a CBS News interview. However, during the chat with Michael Strahan—the former player who notably ended Belichick’s perfect season in Super Bowl XLII—Hudson wasn’t present in the studio.

Belichick spoke positively about Hudson, emphasizing how instrumental she has been in his business life. “She’s been very helpful throughout this process and provides a perspective that really helps me focus on football,” he mentioned. He acknowledged her contributions to the book, particularly on the tribute page, saying, “Sometimes I can get a bit lost in football, and she keeps me balanced.” Yet, he also seemed a bit hesitant when asked more personal questions about their relationship, stating it was a “good personal relationship.”

When Strahan asked if he was happy, Belichick replied affirmatively. He even joked about incorporating yoga into his routine after their viral beach post. Concerns arose, however, when Hudson aborted the CBS interview, causing a 30-minute delay and bringing up the couple’s initial meeting. Belichick later expressed surprise at the focus on his relationship during the interview, suggesting that CBS employed “selectively edited clips” to craft misleading narratives.

In a separate ESPN interview, Belichick clarified that Hudson is not involved with the UNC football program. CBS has since issued a response to Belichick’s comments.
