Josh Hart questionable to play against Rockets with knee ailment

Jalen Brunson has missed the past two games with a calf issue and remains officially questionable, but he will be the only rotation regular on the Knicks' injury report for Wednesday's home game against the Rockets. isn't it.

Josh Hart is also listed as questionable with what the Knicks reported was a patellar tendinopathy in his left knee.

Hart, acquired at last year's trade deadline, appeared in all 40 games this season (six starts).

Brunson underwent tests on a bruised left calf before Monday's loss to the Magic, and manager Tom Thibodeau said the team's starting point guard was “feeling a little better” but is still day-to-day.

Former Knicks winger Reggie Bullock has been listed as at-risk for the Rockets due to a back injury.


OG Anunoby has logged significant playing time since joining from the Raptors in a trade in late December.

The two-way wing played a season-high 44 minutes against Orlando on Monday and is averaging 35.2 points in eight games since the trade.

That's a slight increase from the 33.3 minutes per game he played in Toronto's first 27 games this season.

Isaiah Hartenstein played just 28 minutes against the Magic due to foul trouble, but still had 12 rebounds and started 14 games since Mitchell Robinson underwent ankle surgery in December. He averaged 11.9 rebounds per game.

Hartenstein has grabbed 15.1 boards per game over his past seven appearances, including two 20-rebound attempts.


The Knicks play the Wizards at home on Thursday night, marking their ninth straight set this season.
