Judge Allows Infamous ‘Access Hollywood’ Tape Into Evidence For Trump Hush Money Trial

A judge has ruled that former President Donald Trump’s famous tapes may be admitted as evidence in his upcoming trial on Monday, according to multiple reports.

New York state judge Juan Marchand said the so-called “Access Hollywood” tapes of conversations between President Trump and then-host Billy Bush would be admitted as evidence. control. Marchan also said Trump’s former lawyer Michael Cohen and porn actress Stormy Daniels would be allowed to testify at trial. The tape, released in the final weeks of the 2016 election, shows President Trump talking with President Bush about how he tried to seduce women, including “grabbing them by the pussy.” It also included a proposal.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg was accused of falsifying business records in a case centered on a $130,000 payment to porn star Stormy Daniels in 2016, when Trump was successfully running for the White House. A grand jury indicted Trump on 34 felonies.

Marchand agreed to postpone Trump’s trial until at least mid-April after the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York turned over tens of thousands of documents to Trump’s lawyers.
