As if that was the sole purpose of the judiciary, another activist judge is trying to stop President Donald Trump from cutting down the frivolous spending of government taxpayers.
This time, DC Judge Tanya Chutkan, who refused Trump's presidential immunity in the January 6 incident, is doing everything he can to keep climate change funds on the board.

“She has made President Trump keep Citibank up all this gravy train and keep this taxpayer money, your money,” continues Gonzalez.
“This is more than $2 billion dollars that Lee Zeldin is trying to get back,” she adds, saying Zeldin has plenty of reason to fight for it.
“A very disturbing video was distributed two months ago, talking about how Biden EPA political appointees are throwing gold sticks from the Titanic.
“The gold sticks are taxes, and throwing them from the Titanic faction meant that the Biden administration knew they were wasting it. Following this revelation, at my meeting with members of Congress, I made a very important commitment to them and the American people.
“If I check, I'll get full accounting right away. Luckily, my amazing team at the EPA found a gold stick. Shockingly, about $20 billion of your taxes were parked at an outside financial institution by the Biden EPA,” he added.
Gonzalez is grateful for Zeldin's actions, but she is not surprised.
“It's not shocking to me that these Democrat activists in disguise, whether they're judges or Chuck Schumer, don't shock that any of these Democrat activists hate the fact that we have an administration that is trying to eradicate corruption, fraud and waste,” says Gonzalez.
“But what shocks me is that they're very open about it and they're making your face about it. They think this is trying to do well with the American people.
