The judicial department has been acting “miseriously” after several judges blocked various executive orders from President Donald Trump, according to the White House press secretary.
“I want to point out that judges in this country are acting incorrectly,” White House press chief Karoline Leavitt said in a news briefing Wednesday. “We have a judge acting from the bench as partisan activists.”
On Saturday, Judge James Boasberg issued an order in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia to suspend the Trump administration from deporting parts of the Tren de Lagua gang under the Alien Enemy Act of 1798.
However, the flight carrying immigrants follows El Salvador, with Leavitt saying on Sunday the order “has no legal basis” since Boasburg issued it after Boasburg departed from US airspace.

Meanwhile, Trump called for Boasburg's blast each in a social media post Tuesday, urging Chief Justice John Roberts to issue a rare statement denounced Trump's comments.
Specifically, Roberts said, “It has been established that for over two centuries that each was not an appropriate response to disagreements over judicial decisions.”
In response, Leavitt said Wednesday that the Supreme Court should act as a “partisan activist” and “define” the judicial division while simultaneously “governing” Trump claims to respect Robert.
Efforts to drive Boasberg out were also launched in Congress. For example, R-Texas Rep. Brandon Gill announced a resolution on Tuesday for an ammo each against Boasberg, claiming that Boasberg was “guilty of a high crime” in a social media post.

“It's very clear that there's a coordinated effort from the far left to the left to judge the shop, in an attempt to derail this president's agenda and select a judge who is clearly acting as a partisan activist from the bench,” Leavitt said. “We don't allow that to happen.”
Leavitt said there is no scheduled flight to deport illegal immigrants to El Salvador, but as lawsuits in the case continue, the Trump administration's massive deportation campaign will continue.

“There are no flights specifically planned, but we will continue to expel large numbers of deportations,” Leavitt said. “And I would like to point out that the judge in this case basically says that the president has no enforcement rights to deport foreign terrorists. That's awful abuse on the bench.”
