This includes “all transcripts, audio recordings, and video recordings of all interviews with President Biden conducted during the course of the investigation led by Special Counsel Robert Hur.”

In a report released on February 5th,thThe special counsel described Biden as a “sympathetic, well-meaning old man with a poor memory.”

“We also think it is likely that Mr. Biden will appear to the jury at trial as the same sympathetic, well-meaning, older man with a poor memory that he appeared to be when we interviewed him. Based on direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone many jurors would want to point out reasonable doubt to.The former president, who was already well into his 80s at that point, is someone many jurors would want to point to. “It would be difficult to persuade that a person should be convicted of a serious felony requiring an intentional state of mind,” the report states.

Mr. Xu’s explanation faced fierce criticism from the White House. Mr. Biden has denied sharing classified information about Afghanistan’s military or foreign policy while a civilian. The president also slammed media coverage of his mental state.

“My memory is fine,” Biden said.

of lawsuit This action comes as a result of the Department of Justice’s failure to comply with a request by Judicial Watch from early February.
