Julia Fox challenges aspiring fashion designers to transform trash into eye-catching looks in E!’s new cruel companion series “OMG Fashun.”
“You’re designing for the ultimate muse, Julia Fox,” said “Uncut Gems” co-host Law Roach. super tease for the showlater adding, “One man’s trash is Julia Fox’s treasure.”
In another moment, Fox, 34, appears to be modeling one piece made up of items found in trash cans.
“I couldn’t let go of the actual drawer itself,” she says in the clip, pointing to the ornate furniture placed above her head.
Roach, 45, a talented stylist known for creating many of Zendaya’s iconic red carpet looks, says her “ability to make treasure out of trash” is an “incredible” feat.
And doing so for Fox seems like an honor for the “OMG Fashion” Season 1 contestant.
“Julia Fox is so bold,” one designer enthuses, while another praises the style-forward star who “knocks no boundaries” when curating her ensembles.
“She’s not afraid to be a bad bitch,” one person gushed, while another claimed of Fox: “Julia’s watching.”
As designers fantasize about the fashions of Fox (known for wearing shower curtains as tops made from clothes and ties), she awards big prizes to the most talented contestants, while offering For those participants who didn’t have it, costume jewelry is given away, or if possible, costume jewelry. “Doing this show is the same as what I do in my everyday life,” she says.
Each episode features three designers who are asked to create a bold look for Fox using unconventional techniques and materials. Guest judges include celebrities including Bravo star Phaedra Parks, drag legend Violet Chachki, and actress Tommy Dorfman.
“OMG Hashun” premieres with back-to-back episodes on Monday, May 6th at 9pm ET on E!
