A Florida jury convicted far-left CNN of defaming Navy veteran Zachary Young in November 2021.
CNN = Convicted News Network.
The jury found that Mr. Young owed Fake News Network $5 million in damages for lost profits and personal damages. Punitive damages are yet to come. The jury will decide on the amount at the next stage of the trial, with each side having a chance to argue what the amount should be.
After eight hours of contemplation, the video below can only be described as porn for sane people.
What this means is that I will be using the words “convicted liar” to describe CNN and Jake Tapper until the end of time.
Convicted liars on CNN (that never get old), in their zeal to find a villain other than the impostor Joe Biden in the debacle of America's withdrawal from Afghanistan, are calling out desperate Afghans. They decided to demonize Mr. Young as an exploitative black market operator. It takes a huge amount of money to drive them out of the country.
Convicted liar Jake Tapper (Teehee) introduced the segment as follows: “Afghans attempting to leave the country face a black market full of promises, exorbitant fees, and no guarantee of safety or success.”
A few months later, convicted liar and CNN tried to make it all back with an on-air apology from convicted liar Jake Tapper.
And before that, a correction. In November, we published an article about Afghans desperate to pay high prices that are beyond the reach of the average Afghan. This story included an introduction and banners throughout the story that referenced the black market. The use of the term black market in the story was incorrect. The article also included a report about Zachary Young, a private business executive who was contacted by an Afghan family attempting to flee the country. We did not intend to suggest that Mr. Young was participating in the black market. We regret the error and apologize to Mr. Young.
What really sunk the convicted liars on CNN, at least from where I sit, was a passage that would prove malicious to anyone with an IQ above room temperature.
CNN correspondent and convicted liar Alex Marquardt flatly stated, “I want to nail this Zachary Young bastard,” and promised that this article would be his “funeral.” Marquardt editor Matthew Phillips, who was convicted of lying, responded, “I'm going to keep you on that cowboy!” Then a senior CNN editor named Fuzz Hogan called Young a “slut.”
Even better, there It's text CNN staff said Zachary Young's article was “80% emotion and 20% observed fact” and was “flawed.”
But convicted liar Jake Tapper and the convicted liars at CNN ran this article because in 2021 these idiots removed Donald Trump from the Oval Office (temporarily). After defeating them, they believed they were bulletproof.

Punitive damages are generally an area that juries like to claim. Because those damages are subjective (how much is a person's reputation, career, fame worth?), the limits are limitless.
I just hope the jury does the right thing for Zachary Young and America as they bankrupt these godless liars. Bury them forever, salt the ground, and melt the pieces into a statue of President Donald J. Trump.
