Justin Bardoni is not restrained.
In an interview he gave on the “Gent's Talk” podcast, originally recorded in November 2024, Bardoni is getting emotional as he discussed some of the issues he had over the past year. You can do it.

It is unclear what text messages he refers to in his comments.
“I was worried,” he told the podcast host. When asked why, Bardoni said, “I haven't talked about this yet…”
The preview clip cuts into a shot where Bardoni wipes her eyes and sniffs.

While promoting the episode on social media, the podcast explained that the interview was conducted in November as part of a “It Ending Us” press tour. The episode's description details Bardoni's talk of “movie, domestic violence, relationships with his father, mental health, marriage, and masculinity.”
His interview is scheduled to air in full Monday at 2pm ET.
Bardoni does not explicitly mention Blake Lively or “it ends with us” during the clip, but the interview filed her complaint against him with the California Civil Rights Office It was held a month before. Shortly afterwards, she filed a lawsuit against him in federal court.

Among her complaints, lively detailed allegations of sexual harassment, retaliation, intentional suffering of emotional distress and negligence are more to Bardoni and film producer Jamie Heath.

Some issues that were allegedly addressed at the All Hands meeting during the filming of “It Ending Us” include a lively nude video and imagery about Baldoni's previous “porn addiction.” It didn't involve making you feel alive: “I didn't add any personal experiences with sex, my genital descriptions, my original scripts, and I didn't add any sex scenes outside of the original script, like Lively's weight and his late father. There is no more discussion about it.

However, Bardoni “mistakefully” accused him in his own lawsuit in January, in order to try and repair her reputation after fallout on the film's reporter tour after the actress took control of the film He claimed that he did.
“Lively couldn't tolerate her publicly contaminated image for a moment, and could not even accept it further that it was her own work,” the lawsuit said. “She needed a scapegoat, and instead of acknowledging and taking accountability for her own disaster, she chose to condemn the plaintiff in a malicious and undoubtedly public manner.

Earlier this month, a pre-hearing hearing was held in which a vibrant Bardoni lawyer was ordered to follow New York's rules of occupational conduct and was ordered to limit conversations with the press. Neither party is permitted to make a statement to a press that has “substantial potential” to harm the ju apprentice. However, legal teams are permitted to protect clients in the media from advertising that has not been created on either side.
The trial date remains set for March 2026.
