Justin Bieber has an accident while riding an electric skateboard

Justin Bieber has opened up about sustaining some “horrible” injuries after taking a tumble off his one-wheel electric skateboard.

“My ribs are really hurting, brother,” he shared during a Twitch live stream on Thursday, which lasted over four hours.

“That fall really got to me, brother,” he continued. “I’m trying to keep it cool, but this is just strange for me.”

Bieber went on to describe the incident. “Chat, I fell sideways on that unicycle and landed right on my car,” he explained. “So even when I’m up there singing or trying to smile, it hurts a lot,” he admitted.

During rehearsal for the 2026 Coachella music festival, he humorously mentioned, “Hey, was that my other fall?” while lounging on the couch. “It hurts to laugh, and it hurts to talk,” he added, giving his ribs a gentle hug.

Bieber’s team hasn’t responded yet to requests for comments.

The 31-year-old singer was previously seen dealing with a mysterious injury over the summer. Reports from June showed him visiting a spa in West Hollywood, sporting a knee brace and a black bandage on his left leg.

He had a casual look that day, wearing a bright red hoodie, teal athletic shorts, ocean blue slides, and a backwards cap.

In previous Twitch sessions, the father-of-one has revealed intimate moments, including a “tense” situation with his wife, Hailey Bieber, during the birth of their son, Jack Bruce, in August 2024.

During a live stream, Bieber recounted how he perceived Hailey’s doula as “pushing” his wife, prompting him to step in to offer comfort. This led to a conversation where Hailey confronted him about a “headbutt” incident involving the doula.

Although he feels it’s instinctual to be there for his child, he understands the role of doulas in the birthing process too. However, Hailey felt “uneasy” due to his strong emotions at that moment.

“She really wanted me to clear the air with my doula,” Bieber shared, explaining that he did apologize. He reflected, “It’s a fatherhood moment, and I’ve got a good intuition about this too.”
