Justin Herbert and Madison Beer are now engaged after a fast-paced romance.

Justin Herbert Engaged to Madison Beer

Justin Herbert, the Los Angeles Chargers’ star quarterback, is officially engaged to pop singer Madison Beer. She shared the news on social media this past Tuesday.

The couple first ignited dating rumors back in August 2025 when they were spotted together during a video shoot. Their relationship became public two months later when Herbert and Beer shared a kiss before a Chargers game against the Washington Commanders.

Since then, they have been practically inseparable, with Herbert frequently attending Beer’s concert stops and Beer showing up to support Herbert at his games, often alongside his family.

Madison Beer gained fame in 2012 after Justin Bieber tweeted a link to her YouTube cover. She was just 13 at the time. Over the years, she evolved from an internet sensation to a Grammy-nominated artist.

Her recent tour, which promoted her third studio album *rocket*, spanned from May 11 to July 13, 2026, concluding at Madison Square Garden. Following this whirlwind tour, she and Herbert got engaged.

Interestingly, during May’s voluntary team practice, Herbert chose to be there for Beer’s tour instead. His head coach, Jim Harbaugh, didn’t mind this decision and praised Herbert’s commitment to football. He noted, “There were times I wanted to get him out of the building. He’s shown dedication to his training.”

As Harbaugh enters his third season as head coach, there’s noticeable pressure on the Chargers to reach the playoffs this time around. The team brought in new offensive coordinator Mike McDaniel, leading many to anticipate significant improvement in the upcoming season.

Much of the conversation around Herbert revolves around his playoff performance, which has yet to fully showcase his skills due to the team’s past challenges. Nonetheless, he earned one MVP vote last season, finishing with 3,727 passing yards, 26 touchdowns, and 13 interceptions, all with a 66.4 completion percentage.

While the couple has yet to announce their wedding date, one thing is certain—the upcoming NFL season promises to be unique for both as they prepare for their big day.
