Vice President Kamala Harris has agreed to debate former President Donald Trump on Thursday, though the two sides have yet to agree on a date or network for the debate.

It’s unclear why Harris thinks Trump is “backing off.” Trump has offered to debate Harris multiple times, she told Fox News’ Bill Melgin on Tuesday.
Jason Miller, a senior adviser to the Trump campaign, Said He told Axios on Thursday that it was unclear whether the debate scheduled for September 10 would take place, but that another debate would take place and that “there should be multiple debates.”
“We need to have multiple debates, not just one more,” Miller told Axios. “I think we need some diversity in who hosts the debates, but I think the public would be disappointed if we only had one debate with Kamala Harris in the general election.”
Miller suggested Spanish American dealerships may be involved in the event.
