Stephen Miller said at a conservative rally in Washington, DC that Vice President Kamala Harris had violated her oath of office and put the country at risk by helping to cover up President Joe Biden’s “brain-dead” status.
“Kamala Harris knew for three and a half years that Joe Biden was cognitively impaired and incapacitated — in other words, brain dead… [until] His true vegetative state became clear after President Trump was knocked out [in the presidential debate]” Miller said at a July 8 event hosted by the National Conservative Conference.
“Everybody in the Democratic Party knew about it, was involved in it, covered it up and allowed the country to be run by unknown Democratic cabals and staffers for three and a half years as we inched closer to World War III,” said Miller, a close aide to President Donald Trump.

“Right now we are facing the greatest risk of nuclear war and the president is brain dead,” he said, adding:
The Vice President, [constitution] “It sends a message to Congress that the president is not up to the job. Remember, she is the only one who has a constitutional obligation. Everybody has a moral obligation, an ethical obligation, a human obligation. But she has an obligation to use the 25th Amendment to stand in for the president. Borders are being invaded, inflation is spinning out of control, there is war in Europe, there is war in the Middle East, China is becoming belligerent, hostilities are rising again on the Korean peninsula, chaos, anarchy and destruction are on the way all around the world. There is no way that a party engaged in a cover-up of this magnitude would not be swept out of Washington in a shower of righteous indignation.
The cover-up, he said, is a cover for the continued control of special interests and unelected officials.
They have a secret unelected oligarchy running the country. They have donors, staff interests, and secret Democratic shadow bosses running the country. So we are now totally ruled by an oligarchy.
He said the hoax was first exposed during the presidential debate, where Biden’s weakness was shown to the public.

Everyone in the White House knew. Everyone in his party’s Congress knew, especially the leadership. They all knew, and of course the Vice President knew, but they covered it up. Has a greater crime ever been committed against this country by the people who are constitutionally responsible for running it?
Miller helped organize President Trump’s immigration reform from 2017 to 2020 and is expected to become a top White House aide if Trump is re-elected.
