Kamala Harris suggests her political plans, stating she's committed to the struggle.

Former Vice President Kamala Harris has criticized the Trump administration and hinted that her political journey might not be finished yet. During a conversation with Charlamagne the God on “The Breakfast Club” in Birmingham, Alabama, she discussed her new book, “107 Days,” which reflects on the intense experience of her brief campaign.

Charlamagne pointed out that Harris expressed concerns about the vulnerability of democracy in her book and asked if she believed the system could be reformed from the inside. She responded, “No, not necessarily,” adding that it saddened her to hear such words. She candidly noted, “I naively thought the system would be stronger by now.” According to her, the damage inflicted by the current administration will demand significant efforts to rebuild.

When Charlamagne questioned what her next steps would be, Harris emphasized her commitment to public service. “I’m focused on winning,” she stated. She highlighted the importance of the upcoming midterm elections, particularly two gubernatorial races in New Jersey and Virginia, which she plans to prioritize.

Harris articulated that Democrats must strive for success in all areas, not just elections. She identified the need to combat misinformation and rebuild trust among Americans as crucial goals moving forward.
