Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City on Saturday discharged all patients admitted after the fatal shooting at the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl parade.
The hospital confirmed to Fox News Digital that all patients have been discharged.
One woman was killed and 22 people were injured in the shooting Wednesday near Victory Rally at Union Station, police said. The victim was identified as Lisa Lopez Galván, a mother of two and a local radio DJ.
Two minors charged in connection with Kansas City mayor’s parade shooting
At least 11 children were injured in the shooting. Nine of them were shot and two were injured.
Two minors were later charged with gun-related offenses in the shooting. Missouri’s 16th Judicial Circuit announced the charges in a statement Friday.

“Two juveniles were charged by the Juvenile Bureau on Thursday, February 15, 2024, in connection with an incident at the February 14, 2024 chief meeting,” the court said.
“The boys are currently being held in a juvenile detention center on firearm-related and resisting arrest charges.”

President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris urged Congress to pass stronger legislation. Gun control measures in another comment Wednesday night, hours after the shooting.
Biden issued a statement urging Americans across the country to join him in recommending that lawmakers specifically ban assault weapons, among other gun laws.

The Chiefs released their own statement expressing their condolences and confirming that all players, coaches, staff and their families are safe and sound.
“We are truly saddened by the senseless act of violence that occurred outside Union Station at the end of today’s parade and rally,” the statement said. “Our hearts go out to the victims, their families, and everyone in Kansas City. We are in close contact with the Mayor’s office and city officials. kansas city police department.
