Kanye West faces new charges after being accused of drugging and sexually assaulting his former assistant and OnlyFans star at a party with Sean “Diddy” Combs. Court documents reveal disturbing details.
According to court documents obtained by the newspaper, Lauren Pisciotta, who worked for the rapper as a personal assistant from 2021 to 2022, met him years before during a party at a music studio co-hosted by West and Combs. This is what he says:
Pisciotta, an influencer and former OnlyFans model, said West was told by everyone at the Santa Monica gathering to either drink alcohol or leave the party, and that after just a few sips, he “suddenly lost his sense of direction.” “I started to lose it and I started to become mentally confused.” “His condition had changed and he became highly disabled,” court papers allege.
The next day, Pisciotta had no recollection of the previous night's events and felt “embarrassed and ashamed,” but was “too traumatized and distraught to talk about what happened that night,” according to the complaint.
Before West fired Pisciotta, he confessed to “having an affair” with Pisciotta after she was drugged, according to documents.
The new charges were filed Tuesday in Pisciotta's office. Existing wrongful termination and sexual harassment lawsuits against West.
In a statement to Page Six in June, West's attorney called West's lawsuit “baseless” and claimed that West was threatening the “Heartless” rapper.
