The “Heartless” hitmaker's $850,000 implant (known as a “fixed prosthesis”) is a type of “experimental dentistry” and was entirely designed by the rapper.

“As the name suggests, they are fixed and permanent,” a source exclusively told Page Six on Thursday. “This is much more than veneers and grills. And his special implants are completely unlike anything that's been done before.”

Insiders said West worked with Dr. Thomas Connelly, the self-proclaimed “father of diamond dentistry,” to “manufacture” and “fit” the dentures, which also included palladium and platinum materials.

“That being said, his teeth were not extracted,” the source added. West posted a photo on his Instagram on Wednesday showing off his metal implants, compared himself to James Bond villain Jaws, who had similar metal teeth, and debuted a metal lower jaw.
