Peter Jason, an actor with a career in Hollywood for 50 years, passed away at the age of 80.
Jason, who appeared in “Karate Kid” and “Deadwood,” was “really loved” by his colleagues, his representative Tom Harrison said in a statement obtained by Fox News Digital Friday.
“we [are] I am all saddened by the loss of Peter Jason. …Peter was loved by his family, his business experts, those who knew him or had contact with him,” Harrison said. One of the best character actors who was truly loved by his fellow actors and all. ”

On February 20th, actor Billy Zane took him to Instagram to lament Jason's “dear friend.”

“My dear, dear friend, the brightest light, the most generous soul and crowd man, the extremely talented and kind Peter Jason left the set. His lovely wife, Irene, and his children Survived by the people. I saw it coming, and it was decided to highlight this compliment that I spent the last two hours confusing, tickling, or boring a second of my viewers. “I did,” Zayn wrote.
Horror film director John Carpenter took him to X to honor Jason.

“Peter Jason, one of the great character actors in the film, has passed away. His first film was Howard Hawks' Rio Robo. He is a dear friend and I miss him so badly. “We'll do that,” Carpenter wrote on February 20th.
According to IMDB, Jason appeared in 267 projects during his career. His career began in 1967 with “Adano's Bell,” and his ultimate achievement improved his “Deadwood” role as Con Stapleton in 2019's “Deadwood: Film.” I was doing it.
