Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt on Christmas Traditions

Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt revealed she and her husband, Chris Pratt, struck a deal about their holiday celebrations before they got married. She stated that the Christmas festivities at their home officially kick off on November 1st.

When asked whether they’d put up the Christmas lights right after Halloween, Katherine confirmed, “Yes, that was an agreement my husband and I made before we got married. The Christmas lights and Christmas music will start on November 1st.”

She added, “My daughter Eloise recently asked me, ‘Mommy, Christmas starts right after Halloween, right?’ And I said, ‘Of course.’ That’s how we roll in our family.” It seems like they are all on the same page about this festive tradition.

Katherine has recently launched a new children’s book titled “Cat and Brandy.” Although she enjoys Thanksgiving, she mentioned that the holiday can still be celebrated under the glow of Christmas lights.

She elaborated on how her family enjoys their holiday traditions, such as turning on the Christmas lights and blasting festive tunes while gathering together. “I’m really grateful for the priorities we set each holiday season,” Katherine shared.

Katherine and Chris tied the knot in 2019 and are parents to two daughters, Lyla and Eloise, and welcomed a son, Ford, in late 2024. Additionally, Chris has a son, Jack, from a previous marriage with Anna Faris.
