Keegan Bradley clinches 10th straight Presidents Cup win for the Americans

Considering what happened in the weeks leading up to last year's Ryder Cup at Marco Simone, you couldn't have written a better script for this year's ending at Royal Montreal.

Keegan Bradley went from being snubbed to winning points by defeating Si Woo Kim 1-up in the sixth match of the day. Bradley's victory gave the Americans their 10th straight win in the Presidents Cup, and they maintain their advantage over the internationals in this tournament.

“It was unbelievable,” Bradley said on the 18th green.

“I said all week that I don't know if I'll ever be able to do something like this again. To play in this tournament and win it. [clinching] Points, well, the last time I played I was a point losing in the Ryder Cup. ”

Bradley hasn't played for an American team since 2014, when the Europeans defeated Team USA at Gleneagles in Scotland. That Ryder Cup is best remembered for what happened next. That's because Phil Mickelson watered down Tom Watson's captaincy strategy while sitting next to Watson and the rest of the team in the post-round press conference.

At the time, Bradley was 28 years old and thought he would play for more teams in the future. But such an opportunity never came, until this week in Canada.

“I've missed everyone. They've been really great,” Bradley said.

“They really love each other. My wife and my caddy love each other. It's a great atmosphere. I'm so proud of the team and just proud to be here.”
