Keegan-Michael Key took no prisoners during his opening monologue at Thursday’s NFL Honors.
Key hosted the NFL awards show, which aired live from Las Vegas three days before the 2024 Super Bowl, and featured some of the biggest names in sports, including Bill Belichick, Aaron Rodgers and, of course, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. I was targeted.

The funnyman then used Browns quarterback and former Jet Joe Flacco as a setup to take aim at one of the NFL’s other biggest news items of the season: Aaron Rodgers.
“Joe Flacco is a candidate for Comeback Player of the Year. It’s really crazy, it’s like everyone has Flacco fever. And coincidentally, Flacco fever is something Aaron Rodgers is vaccinated against. It’s also a disease that I don’t have,” Key said jokingly.
The NFL celebrated its top players Thursday night while presenting the league’s biggest award.
