Kelly Wolf, the estranged wife of Scott Wolf, was reportedly removed from an Airbnb before beginning a rehab program.
On September 1, deputies from the Summit County Sheriff’s Office were called to “maintain peace” at a property in Utah. According to their report, they were asked to assist with a woman who had overstayed her rental.
Upon arrival, officers described the scene as chaotic. They found Kelly moving a considerable number of personal belongings, including food, alcohol, and decorations.
The 48-year-old life coach interacted with law enforcement but struggled to follow instructions while dealing with her possessions. Interestingly, she mentioned to the officers that she believed she had purchased the property.
Subsequently, Kelly was placed outside the home and was not permitted to return. A source informed TMZ that the woman involved was indeed Kelly, although she wasn’t classified as a tenant. No fees were reported in this situation.
Attempts to reach the Summit County Sheriff’s Office for further comment went unanswered.
Kelly’s recent legal troubles escalated when she was arrested for harassment after sharing Scott’s personal phone number with almost 100,000 followers on Instagram. She faced charges related to electronic harassment and the unauthorized disclosure of personal information.
Just two days after her arrest, she was released from prison but was prohibited from contacting Scott or their three children: Miller, 16, Lucy, 12, and an 11-year-old. Shortly thereafter, Kelly checked into a rehabilitation center.
Scott and Kelly had announced their divorce in June after being married for 21 years.
Days after entering rehab, Kelly was hospitalized under an “unwilling hold” following Scott’s allegations of abuse against her. He initially filed for a restraining order, but later rescinded it once they reached a temporary agreement concerning custody, finances, and communication.
Recently, Scott has spoken out about the divorce, asserting that Kelly planned to accuse him of psychological and child abuse, among other claims.
