Following his ex-wife Christine Baumgartner’s filing for divorce in May 2023, the 71-year-old actor has been linked to several women, stirring up various romance rumors within and outside Hollywood.
Most recently, he was spotted shopping in Santa Barbara with a younger lifestyle coach. Before that, the internet was buzzing with speculation that he might be dating actress Brooks Nader.

Jennifer Milburn
Recently, he was seen on a shopping date with Jennifer Milburn, a 40-year-old lifestyle coach, as cited by the Daily Mail. The two were photographed laughing together in a grocery store, playfully taking turns pushing the shopping cart.
Milburn wore casual cutoff denim shorts and a white button-up, while Costner opted for an all-white outfit paired with sunglasses. It’s not entirely clear when their relationship started.
McKenna Wesley
The actor has also been seen with influencer McKenna Wesley multiple times in the last year. Their first appearance together was at a screening of “Field of Dreams” in Arizona back in October 2025. Subsequently, about a year later, they were photographed enjoying lunch in Santa Barbara.
