Kicker rankings for Wild Card Round fantasy football

The NFL playoffs resume this weekend as an extended version of Wild Card Week. The 2025 NFL Playoffs will begin with 12 teams competing in the divisional round of the playoffs. The Chiefs and Lions will spend their bye week at home, but will play six games over three days from Saturday to Monday.

The return of the playoffs means more fantasy football! You can play daily fantasy every day or weekend of the playoffs, or you can play more traditional options like Best Ball during the playoffs. DFS doesn't require a kicker, but more traditional games are quite likely to include the kicker position.

One of the more interesting storylines to watch in this year's playoffs is the status of Ravens kicker Justin Tucker. He has struggled with consistency throughout the season, and although coach John Harbaugh has offered support, it's unclear what his status will be after this season. The Ravens are expected to do big things in the postseason, but could one kick lock cost them?

Similarly, Vikings kicker Will Reichard will be a player to watch. Since returning from a quadriceps injury that put him on IR, Reichard has struggled a bit with consistency.

Injuries to monitor

Chris Boswell, Steelers — The Steelers' kicker is sick. He practiced on Tuesday but missed practice on Wednesday and Thursday due to illness. However, he has not been officially designated as injured in the final report, so he should be able to play Saturday without any issues.
