Kid Rock Takes a Stand Against Newsom’s Trolling
Kid Rock reacted on Tuesday to California Governor Gavin Newsom after the latter’s press office poked fun at him on social media platform X.
Rock wasted no time in responding to a post from Newsom’s team that featured an AI-generated image of him dressed as Uncle Sam, urging people to support the governor. This image, shared on August 17, was labeled with the phrase, “Kid Rock wants you to support Gavin Newsom.”
Newsom’s press office described the image with a simple, “I accept.”
“Thanks, Kid Rock,” the governor added on his own account just a few days later.

Taking action into his own hands, Kid Rock shared the image on his account, captioning it, “The only support Gavin Newscum will ever get out of me is from DEEZ NUTZ.”

Recent days have seen Newsom’s press office engage in what looks like unrestrained trolling on social media, throwing a series of parodies at Kid Rock and even President Trump. Initially, they made fun of Trump’s social media style before sharing a meme showing Kid Rock, Tucker Carlson (a co-founder of the Daily Caller), and the late Hulk Hogan, all depicted with affectionate gestures. To further mock the scene, they added angel wings and a halo to Hogan, captioning it with an exaggerated “so nice!”

Kid Rock, a steadfast supporter of Donald Trump, shows no signs of stepping back from this ongoing social media skirmish that is drawing attention worldwide.
