Kim Kardashian Discusses Moon Landing Conspiracy with Sarah Paulson
Recently, Kim Kardashian attempted to persuade her American Horror Story co-star Sarah Paulson that the 1969 Apollo 11 moon landing was a hoax. “I send her conspiracies all the time,” the reality TV star and SKIMS founder mentioned.
During an episode on Hulu, Kardashian told Paulson, “I’ve sent out a million interviews so far, both with Buzz Aldrin and the other guy,” referring to past comments made by Aldrin. This was noted in footage shared by TMZ.
Kardashian recounted a moment from a past Q&A where a student asked Aldrin about his scariest moment. “He replied, ‘I didn’t have a scary moment because that didn’t happen.’ It might have been scary, but it wasn’t… because it didn’t happen,” she paraphrased, reflecting on Aldrin’s earlier statements.
The aspiring lawyer suggested that truth is gradually emerging, implying that Aldrin, as he ages, is expressing doubts. “So he’s gotten older and now he’s using his own words to denigrate,” she said, firmly stating her disbelief in the moon landing.
Paulson seemed skeptical but replied politely, showing interest by saying she would “dig deeper” into the theory. “I’m going to go spy on what’s going to happen. I’m going to really dive deep,” she added.
In another part of the episode, Kardashian confessed to a producer, “I send her conspiracies all the time.” One notable instance she mentioned involved a ten-year-old video of Aldrin speaking at the Oxford Union Society.
During a Q&A session, a student inquired about his scariest moment, to which Aldrin responded, “What was the scariest? That didn’t happen. It could have been scary.” This elicited laughter from the audience, who seemed to misinterpret Aldrin’s response.
Aldrin humorously acknowledged, “Oh, I’m glad someone helped me,” as he recounted the mission story.
