Kim Turnbull, who previously dated Romeo Beckham, has addressed the speculation suggesting that she once had a romantic relationship with his older brother, Brooklyn Beckham.
On her Instagram Story, she mentioned, “I’ve tried to avoid this topic to prevent further rumors, but I think it’s time to clarify things so I can move forward.” She emphasized that she feels harassed based on untruths.
Turnbull, 24, firmly stated that she and Brooklyn, who is 26, were never more than friends during their school years. “We’ve never had any romantic involvement,” she said. “I want to clear the air and remove myself from this ongoing narrative.”
This statement comes two weeks after Turnbull and Romeo, 22, ended their relationship after dating for seven months. There are indications that this personal matter is entwined with ongoing family tensions within the Beckham clan.
Rumors circulated that Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola Peltz, missed David Beckham’s 50th birthday celebration in May due to Turnbull’s presence at the event. Sources had previously dismissed these claims as unfounded and just a way to provoke discussion.
Despite the tensions, recent reports show that Brooklyn and Nicola continue to keep their distance from the Beckhams. Interestingly, David Beckham appeared to extend an olive branch over the weekend by sharing nostalgic photos of Brooklyn in honor of Father’s Day.
