Kim Zolciak, Kroy Biermann get closet schedule after police visit

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann received a court-ordered closet schedule after the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” cast member called police on her estranged husband amid their contentious divorce.

The motion, obtained by Page Six, states that Zolciak can have access to the walk-in closet in the master bedroom “Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.” During those hours, Biermann “shall not have access to or enter said space.”

The legal documents also state that neither the reality TV star, 46, nor the retired footballer, 38, can “sell, entrust, dispose of, exchange or otherwise encumber” any of the couple’s assets.

Zolciak also has the right to access her “personal belongings,” but cannot “sell, exchange, dispose of or remove them” from the former couple’s Georgia mansion, which is currently for sale.

The May 17 order came just weeks after an emotional Zolciak called 911, claiming Biermann had stolen her phone and locked herself in the master bedroom.

“He’s going through all my phones,” she told the correspondent in an April 26 recording obtained by Page Six. “He’s locked himself in a room and going through all my stuff.”

At the time, the “Don’t Be Tardy” alums were under a court order dividing their mansion to prevent them from interacting inside the home.

The October 2023 order, obtained by Page Six at the time, stated that neither could enter the other’s assigned space without permission and also ordered both Zolciak and Biermann to “behave civilly” around one another, especially in the presence of their four minor children.

The couple won a property settlement after the former “housewife” called local police, claiming she felt “unsafe” being under the same roof as the former Atlanta Falcons player, who had barricaded himself in her bedroom.

Zolciak and Biermann have been battling in court since Biermann filed for divorce for a second time last August.

Biermann alleges in court documents that Zolciak engaged in “abusive” behavior in front of their children, while she denies any wrongdoing and has countersued for full custody of her children, describing herself in court documents as a “loving, qualified and suitable parent.”

Their divorce proceedings are ongoing.
