Prince Harry’s spokesperson previously confirmed to Fox News Digital that the prince will not meet with his father while in London.
“In response to numerous inquiries and ongoing speculation as to whether the Duke will meet his father while in the UK this week, unfortunately Her Majesty’s full plans make this impossible,” the statement said.

The Prince of Wales replaces Charles III as commander of the regiment.
Royal expert Ian Pelham Turner told Fox News Digital that the announcement was “one slap in the face after another for Prince Harry,” but some British media outlets have described the announcement as a new slap in the face for Prince Harry. He described it as a “cold treatment.”
“I think this is a mistake,” Pelham Turner said of the king’s choice not to meet with his son in the face of the shocking news. “Condescending reasons like Harry might spill the beans on future book conversations are unjustified and only add fuel to the fire. Charles… [was] Feeling nervous, she held hands with cancer patients, but was unable to reach out to her son. ”
“Taking away another military regiment… means nothing to the British people,” Pelham Turner said. “But it’s the same for Harry. [It’s] Giving it to William only further emphasizes the reckless divisiveness and does not demonstrate a tolerant nature…. On a day when Harry was attending an event celebrating the Invictus Games… I wonder what the recipients think about this betrayal. ”
