King Charles will not allow Prince Harry to come back as a part-time working royal, according to reports.

Prince Harry appears unlikely to take on a part-time role in the royal family, even though he recently met with his father, King Charles III.

A royal insider shared that while the king is known for his tolerance, he firmly aligns with his late mother’s stance against having “half” members of the working royal family. This sentiment was conveyed to the Daily Mail.

Some royal commentators have dismissed suggestions that Harry’s recent four-day visit to the UK might signal a shift in his role to accommodate both royal duties and his life in the United States with Meghan Markle and their two children, Archie and Lilibet.

One insider remarked that the message from the Sussex camp, along with their other narratives, complicates any movement towards reconciliation. They added that if these narratives aim to build trust and rebuild relationships, they might actually do the opposite.

Interestingly, it was noted that during last week’s state visit by Former President Donald Trump, the king and Prince William demonstrated a united front, meeting with the former president and First Lady Melania Trump, showcasing the modern monarchy’s strength.

In a somewhat private encounter, Prince Harry and King Charles spent a brief hour catching up over tea, where Harry shared photos and videos of his children.

Page 6 reached out for comments from both Harry and Buckingham Palace but received no immediate response. However, singer Joss Stone mentioned that Harry expressed interest in possibly moving back to the UK with his family, highlighting his appreciation for the community aspect of schooling there.

A representative for Prince Harry indicated that he found his recent visit enjoyable, reconnecting with friends and supporting causes he values deeply.

The meeting with his father was described as brief and somewhat reserved, during which they shared personal moments over tea.

Since stepping back as senior royals in January 2020, Harry and Meghan have been residing in Montecito, California.
