The self-proclaimed “King of All Pumping” brings out the line of being called a killer.
He praised the infamous pimp who regularly boasted about his high-end prostitution rings, and for recruiting Ashley Dupre, a trial prostitute at the time with Gov. Elliot Spitzer ended his “Luv Guv” career. He claimed that his reputation was abandoned by a YouTuber who accused him of killing a young woman 15 years ago.
Jason Itzler is now a foul mouth internet streamer. With the online name “MrBased”, Often known for his “IRL” or “real life” videos of his daily activities, Josh Brock, aka “Tshirts of Tshirts,” an autistic ticto car with 3.8 million followers.
Itzler sues YouTuber Alex Novell for defamation after posting a 30-minute video in July entitled “When a Live Streamer Confesses a Murder.”
The footage, narrated by Novel, outlines the unresolved rape drug overdose death of University of Wisconsin student and aspiring model Julia Samnicht in Miami Beach in 2010.
“How Mr Mr Based (Jason Itzler) escaped after killing Julia Samnicht in Miami in 2010,” Novell, with over 33,000 YouTube subscribers, captioned the 30-minute video.
In the film, Itzler repeatedly denies the allegations.
He said “severe emotional pain, mental distress and other physical and psychological injuries” for the Novel in the Manhattan Supreme Court’s delinquent loss lawsuit.
The Novel also reportedly dispatched someone at Itzler’s East Village Home in February 2024 and “suffocated” on January 1st, saying they were “physically attacked” and “suffocated.”
Itzler, with 170,000 Tiktok followers and an audience of 189,000 on Instagram, faces charges of harassment, criminal cont and terrorist threats in two pending Brooklyn cases that allegedly threatened Novell and violated an order to leave him, according to court records.
Itzler’s lawyer did not reply to the message.
Novel sued Itzler in March at the Brooklyn Supreme Court for $250,000 for assaulting him in Manhattan in August. Itzler denied the allegations, court records show.
Novell condemned Itzler’s lawsuit and said, “It’s nothing more than a fake claim. It’s an attempt to silence me, this film I made about the case.”
Miami Beach police did not reply to requests for comment.
Itzler, 58, was a tabloid staple from a few years ago when cheap social media celebrities became delicacies.
In the 2000s, Istraler boasted about the secret operations of New York, one of the Big Apple’s most infamous prostitution rings, and started the 19-year-old “Little Ram” Despree on the Big Apple’s Toudry scene.
In 2011 he oddly spread what multiple sources considered the composed story of singer Billy Ray Cyrus, who is escort heroin at Trump International. In 2012 he was sentenced to four years in prison for drugs, pandering and money laundering.
Itzler and Dupré crashed and burned after the then high-flying Spitzer career crashed and secretly spent $80,000 on escorts after a federal investigation of high-end hooker Snard Spitzer.
The fateful attempt with Dupre, using the name “Kristen,” took place on February 13, 2008 at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, DC. The governor kept his black calf-length socks during their encounter.
A month later, he resigned and handed over the power to then-Lt. Colonel David Paterson on March 12, 2008. Spitzer was identified as “client 9” in the ongoing investigation of the Fed, who continues the Emperor’s club, but was not charged.
Like Itzler, Dupré has reinvented himself incredibly.
